Appointments Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment once it has been booked you will need to let us know if you need to cancel.

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not attend at all, then you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

Risk Policy

The Attention to Health team are registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and cannot offer services outside the UK.

Attention to Health is not an emergency or NHS service.
